The thickness of the curtain wall aluminum veneer is generally between 1.5mm-3.0mm. This thickness is suitable for general special-shaped aluminum veneer, flat aluminum veneer, punched aluminum veneer and less difficult engraving board. The thickness of the aluminum veneer should not only be selected according to the installation position, but also according to the shape and specifications of the aluminum plate. For example, if the size of an aluminum veneer is large and most of it is hollowed out, a thickness of 3mm is not enough.

 

The thickness of the aluminum curtain wall is determined by the thickness of the aluminum sheet and the thickness of the paint. In this industry, thick aluminum plates are used when processing aluminum plates, but this is rare, unless there are special requirements. There are many impurities and may also contain heavy metal elements, which are not only harmful to the human body, but also the hardness and strength are incomparable with ordinary aluminum. For the processing of aluminum plate products, although the thickness is not problematic, the quality of the product cannot be guaranteed.
